Dr. Jianning Dong (IEEE Senior Member) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the McMaster Automotive Resource Centre, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada. He has been an Assistant Professor since 2016 and an associate professor since 2025 with the DC System, Energy Conversion and Storage (DCE&S) Group, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Delft, The Netherlands.
